Our Walleye is hook and line caught in Red Lakes, Northern Minnesota and processed daily.
No expertise is necessary to cook walleye - fry it, bake it barbeque it! You'll get great taste even with only lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Combine with capers and a garlic marinade for a restaurant-quality meal.
No Sodium Trypolyphosphate is used (commonly sprayed on fish when presented as 'fresh').
