Shipping policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Local Area home or office delivery

For those customers who live within our local delivery area in the Colorado Front Range, which is basically Boulder to Castle Rock and E-470/Parker Rd HWY 83 to Evergreen, you will be notified of which day we are delivering to your area. We will be establishing our delivery routes throughout Spring and Summer 2022 and delivery days to specific areas will change based on optimization of routes.

Free Colorado Rocky Mountains delivery

We do free deliveries into some Colorado mountain towns and will add more as we are able to. These are generally done every three months and these periods will be posted on the cart page, home page and this shipping policy page. If you would like an order outside of these mountain run home deliveries then please select our standard shipping option.

When delivering your order to the door

We always love to be able to meet our customers at the door to give you your order and sometimes we may be able to accommodate a time window request - talk to your sales representative or delivery driver. If we are NOT able to meet you personally at the door we will drop your order at the front door (unless other instructions are provided) in an insulated delivery bag along with long-lasting gel ice packs. 

Shipping

We offer Free Standard shipping within the Continental USA (excludes AK, HI and US territories) on orders over $400.

Your order is shipped in an insulated cooler with dry ice. Shipments all leave on a Monday and we must receive your order by 6am. If we receive your order after 6am on Monday it will ship out the following Monday. This is to insure your frozen products are still frozen when you receive them - this is critical. If there is a holiday on the Monday your order is supposed to ship, your order will ship out the following Monday. Sorry but with logistics challenges out there, particularly during short weeks we can't risk your order not showing up by Friday.

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping and you can select this option at the checkout page. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Once your order is received you will be emailed instructions for shipping and delivery based on your address and special instructions.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do NOT offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Sorry we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
