We have a 12-month return policy, which means you have 12 months after receiving your item to request a return. Yes, if you don't like the quality at all, even if you have tried it simply let us know.
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase simply get in touch with us and let us know what you're not happy with and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. If we no longer stock the item or it is out of stock we can arrange a suitable alternative to replace the item.

If you are within our Colorado Front Range home delivery region our delivery driver will stop by and pick up the unused portion of your box and either give you a replacement or refund your money into your designated account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will give you a credit for our website and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
