Extra thin, lean and tender. These veal cutlets are sliced only from the leg of milk-fed stock. Each cutlet is hand selected and pounded just right for the perfect dish or marsala, piccata, parmesan or your favorite saute.
Sixteen individually vacuum packed and flash frozen 4oz cutlets per box.

Recipe Idea:
- 1 egg, beaten with a teaspoon of water or milk
- 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp parsley
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a shallow dish combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover cutlets in plastic wrap and pound them for about 2 min starting in the middle and working your way out. Coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Place cutlets one at a time first in the egg wash and then into the bread crumb mixture, then place on cookie sheet. Bake for about 15-20 minutes turning over halfway through cooking time.
