Our Pacific Halibut is wild-caught in Alaska and is the largest of the flatfish. It is highly sought after for its tender white flesh.
Halibut is rich in vitamins, phosphorous and calcium, and represents an important source of protein (26 g per 100 g of cooked fish) and of omega-3.
Hook and line caught. No Sodium Trypolyphosphate is used (commonly sprayed on fish when presented as 'fresh').
