Thaw the steaks in their packaging in cold water or in the fridge. Get your cast-iron pan hot with some cooking oil or cook on the bbq (we of course love the TEC Grill). Add salt and pepper or some seasoning and sear both sides for about 2-3 min and aim for about 130°F (less for rare, more for medium) but don't overcook. Let rest for 3-5 min before serving.
