Defrost steak in package in a sink filled with cool water for approximately 20 minutes. Once defrosted remove meat from package and allow to rest for 15 minutes at room temperature. Heat grill to high. Once heated sear meat for 3 minutes per side. Then move to indirect heat or reduce heat to medium and continue cooking (about 7-11 minutes for rare, 8-13 minutes for medium rare, and 11-14 minutes for medium; per side). Once desired doneness has been reached allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
