If you have never tried bourbon marinated steak before this is the one to try. An excellent sirloin cut and very tender. No need to season or marinate this one ahead of time - simply thaw and cook in a pan or on the barbeque.

Defrost in a sink filled with cool water 15-20 minutes. Preheat grill to high heat and lightly oil grill grates with olive oil. Sear steak 1-2 minutes per side. Move steaks to indirect heat or turn grill down to medium heat and continue cooking for (2-3 minutes for rare, 4-5 minutes for medium rare, 5-6 minutes for medium per side) or until desired doneness has been achieved.
