All natural Angus Beef 20oz T-Bone Steak - strip steak on one side of the bone and filet mignon on the other, absolutely the best of both worlds. The T-Bone is slightly different to the porterhouse steak with filet side cut in half.

Cut from Black Angus stock, selected for the highest grade of marbling.

Defrost steak in package in a sink of cool water for approximately 20 minutes. Once defrosted remove meat from package and allow to rest 15 minutes at room temperature.

Heat grill to high. Once heated sear meat for 3 minutes per side. Move meat to indirect heat or reduce heat to medium and continue cooking (about 7-11 minutes for rare, 8-13 minutes for medium rare, and 11-14 minutes for medium; per side).

Once desired doneness has been reached allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
